Cartrun Breac Sunset (Summer 2014)

The summer sun setting over a corner block of the incomplete houses (Phase 2) at Cartrun Breac. The original developer having gone into receivership, the development has now as of early September 2014 just been purchased by a developer from Kildare.

Located adjacent to Pearse Park GAA grounds, Cartrun Breac is a modern development of well designed family homes with many local sporting and social amenities within walking distance, as is also Longford town centre. The development is just a short drive away from both the N4 (Dublin-Sligo) and the N5 (Dublin-Castlebar) roads.

The external construction of the thirty five properties in Phase 2 is substantially complete but internal completion works are required in each property as well as some landscaping and boundary works. Four of the properties included are fully completed and are occupied by tenants (No. 74, 75, 81 and 82).
